July 9-10 a consultation was held on the 10 Year Framework of Programmes for Sustainable Consumption and Production’s Sustainable Lifestyles and Education program at UNESCO in Paris. Participants included stakeholders from various organizations, a few government representatives, people from the 10YFP-secretariat and from UNESCOs Education for Sustainable Development section. The participants discussed the structure of the program and the importance of including UNESCOs work on education for sustainable development (ESD), among other things. The second day specific goals for the program were discussed within the categories of identify, activate, educate and measure sustainable lifestyles and education.
